1. When it connecting HDMI input and output devices, What is the maximum length of HDMI input and output cables? According to our test, you can use 5m standard HDMI cable for 4K@60Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4, 10m for 4K@30Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4, 15m for 1080p@60Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4. we recommend to use Premium High Speed HDMI cable.
2. What is the maximum input and output resolution supported by this product?it Supports video resolution up to 4K@60Hz or 1080P@120Hz with 8 bit RGB/YCBCR 4:4:4.
3. What is the transmission distance and angle of the infrared remote control that comes with this product? using the IR remote, the best distance is 0~7m and the best angle is ± 45°.
4. Can we use the matrix switch work with HDMI video capture card?No. our splitters will not work with HDMI capture cards due to the HDCP encryption on the output.
5. What is the function of the STD EDID mode?It will output fixed 1080p@60Hz resolution and LPCM 2CH stereo to all connected display devices.
6. What is the function of the COPY EDID mode? the product will copy the EDID setting of the display device connected to HDMI OUT A(If no capable EDID is detected on HDMI OUT A, the product will copy EDID on HDMI OUT B) and transmit it to source devices, then the source devices will send the signal to all HDMI outputs according to the EDID setting.
7. What is the function of the AUTO EDID mode? the device will compare the displays EDID settings connected to HDMI OUT A and HDMI OUT B, then transmit the best EDID information that all displays can support to source devices, then these sources will send the HDMI signal to all outputs according to this EDID setting.
8. Does it support audio extraction?Yes. It Supports digital and analog audio extraction output from HDMI OUT A port.
9. What audio format will I get from analog output? You will get Analog Stereo 2CH from the Analog output but it will output audio only when its set to 2.0ch from the input source.
10. What is the audio output signal we can get from this product via optical output? You can get up to LPCM[2.0/2.1]CH, Dolby 5.1, Dolby True HD, Dolby DD+, DTS 5.1, DTS-ES 6, DTS-HDMA 5.1, DTS HD-HRA 5.1.
