BUNGPUNG provides a 1-year product defect warranty, if you encounter problems when using our products within the warranty period, we recommend that you do the following procedures:

1. Please read the product detail page carefully or refer to our YouTube page. We have made videos for all products to guide customers how to use the products and help you know more about our products. Chances are that you will be able to resolve your issue without ever contacting our technicians.

2. If you still can't solve your problem, please click "Chat with us" or send an email to support@bungpung.com

3. If your device still has problems after troubleshooting, and our technicians determine that your device needs to be repaired or replaced. The technician will give you two options:
  • You can send the product back to the address we provided, and all accessories included in the product package must be sent together with the host. Then we will replace it with a brand new one for you.
  • You can also choose to refund.
