This BUNGPUNG HDBaseT HDMI Extender over CAT6 can extend the transmission distance of HDMI video/audio and bi-directional IR/RS-232 signal, up to 500ft/150 meters between transmitter and receiver via a single CAT5e/6/6a cable. It supports resolution up to 1080P@60Hz 4:4:4. One HDMI loop port is available for local output. It also supports bi-directional POC function, which means either the transmitter or the receiver is connected with a 24V/1A power supply, the other can be powered via the CAT 5e/6 cable. In addition, the extender is equipped with bi-directional IR pass-through which allows remote control between the HDMI source and display. in addition, it supports 3.5mm L/R analog audio embed on the transmitter and audio extract on the receiver.
This HDBaseT HDMI extender includes two units: transmitter unit and receiver unit.The transmitter unit is responsible for capturing HDMI input signal and carries the signal via one cost effective Cat5e/6 cable, and transmitting / emitting IR control signals. The receiver unit is responsible for receiving the HDMI signal and transmitting/emitting IR control signal. The extender offers the most convenient solution for HDMI extension via a single Cat5e/6 with long distance capability, and is the perfect solution for any application.

1. Can I extend beyond the mentioned distance? Yes, you will be able to get a signal beyond the mentioned distance but the quality of the video decreases with increase in the distance and that too when using with shielded CAT5e/6 cable.
2. Can I input the output of this product to another extender similar to daisy chain method? Yes, you can implement the daisy chain method. This extender can be cascaded to another extender.
3. What types of HDMI & CAT cables should I use with this product? We strongly recommend you to use Premium High Speed HDMI cables & shielded CAT5e6 cables.
4. What is the maximum length of HDMI input and output cables? You can use Premium High Speed HDMI cables up to 10m for 1080P60Hz.
5. How far does this product can extend between HDMI source and display? it can extend the transmission distance up to 150m/492ft for 1080P60Hz when using with a CAT5e/6 cable.
6. What is the function of the EDID setting of this product? It Support copying EDID from receiver display or transmitter loop out display. It ensures that the HDMI source device outputs the best signal resolution that the display device can support. it also can be set as 2 fixed EDIDs as follows: 1920*1080P60 LPCM 2.0
   and 1920*1200P60 LPCM 2.0.
7. How to know if the extender is broken? If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be broken.
8. Does this product support IR frequency or FR frequency? Our all the extenders support IR Frequency from 20Hz to 60KHz.
9. What is the function of the PoC (power over cable) of this product? Power over cable is a technology that allows electrical power to be transmitted over standard data cables, typically Ethernet cables, along with data signals. it means that either transmitter or receiver is powered by one 24V/1A power adapter, the other one can be powered via the CAT cable.
